Power Brothers Pressure Washing LLC is a service-based company providing professional pressure washing and cleaning services in the Orange County and Outer Orlando Areas. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for services rendered. Payment is strictly contingent upon the completion of services as agreed in your service estimate or contract. By paying for our services, you acknowledge:

  • Payment is for the labor and expertise provided, not a tangible product.

  • Results may vary based on pre-existing surface conditions (e.g., stains, damage, or material integrity).

2. Payment Terms

​

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept [list payment methods, e.g., credit/debit cards, cash, checks].

  • Third-Party Processors: Payments processed via platforms like [e.g., Square, Stripe] are subject to their terms. Disputes must be resolved directly with the processor.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

While we do not issue refunds, we commit to addressing concerns promptly:

  • Service Adjustments: If you are dissatisfied, notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will revisit the property to assess and resolve issues at no additional cost, if the concern stems from our workmanship.

  • Claims Window: All service-related claims must be submitted within 7 days of completion.

4. Exceptions

Refunds are never provided, except in the following scenarios:

  • Cancellation Before Service: If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, any deposit will be refunded in full.

  • Material Breach: If we fail to perform the service entirely (e.g., no crew dispatched), a refund will be issued.

5. Florida Consumer Rights

​

This policy complies with the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA). We clearly disclose our no-refund terms upfront to avoid misunderstandings.

6. Property Damage & Insurance

​

  • We carry general liability insurance covering property damage caused by our negligence. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues arising after service completion.
