  • Late Payments: Unpaid balances may incur late fees or collection actions under Florida law.

  • Errors, fraud, or disputes caused by these platforms.

6. Warranties

  • Service Warranty: Services are provided "as-is" with no warranties unless explicitly stated in writing.

  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee removal of all stains, mold, or damage, as results depend on surface conditions.

  • Indirect Damages: We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (e.g., lost profits).
